The company was originally founded in 2005 by university graduate, Gemma Harris, after she worked for a large building development company. Her role there was to deliver new properties in pristine condition and address any problems before clients took ownership. She was then assigned to the property for one year after completion as part of the After Sales Customer Service. This has allowed Gemma to obtain only the very best in holiday homes in one of the most sort after areas of the Costa Del Sol.
